Interesting Location and Clean Rooms

The breakfast was significantly better than the evening meal, and I appreciated the selection of dishes, although the meat options were quite limited. The reception staff were mostly helpful, but the check-in process was a bit slow, which could definitely use some improvement.

The property was quiet with outstandingly accommodating stuff at reception desk. Truly enjoyed the deluxe double room with a large bed, wouldn't mind staying there all day...

There are reasonable prices in the property. Incredibly beautiful and fabulous place, it has incredibly nice staff at reception desk. The hotel offers tidy rooms with the bathroom and the hard sofa. Have to say I appreciated exceptionally nice breakfast.

fabulous clean hotel and staff was efficient. i had well-appointed, neat room complete with the balcony and a large bed, as for instance. the location was stunning and amazing - near the beach or promenade and israel, ashdod for 3 days and the main restaurant.

We had a deluxe double room with a view to city. The stuff was outstandingly accommodating, best, nothing too much trouble.

Well, the area was quite poor overall.

The check-in process was excessively long, leaving me frustrated after a long journey. I also specifically requested a room with a balcony, but I was given one without, which disappointed me . The parking situation was a nightmare due to non-hotel guests taking up all the spaces, especially with my elderly mother with me.

great stay with small improvements needed

The breakfast buffet was fantastic! A wide variety of delicious options kept us excited every morning. Our sea view room provided a amazing sight that was a highlight of our stay. The location, just a short walk to the beach, made it easy to enjoy the shoreline daily.

The check-in process could use some efficiency improvements.

The staff were super friendly, especially Michal and Noa. The breakfast buffet was solid, tons of tasty options! Just wished there were more meat dishes at dinner.

The beach was perfect for volleyball and paddleboarding, and the nearby promenade was always buzzing with energy. The buffet breakfast kept us fueled for our adventures, and the staff was super friendly. We loved how accessible both the parks and museums were for exploring the city's diverse culture.

One downside was the noise between the rooms, which sometimes made it hard to relax after a long day of activities.

Family with children will love it

The staff was genuinely nice, even gave me a sweet treat for my birthday. The breakfast had a delicious variety, I could feel it lifting my spirits.

It wasn't cheap, but for what you get, I'd say it's acceptable.

The gym facility was well-maintained and clean. The check-in process felt drawn out and frustrating. I wasn't given a proper receipt for my payment. While the staff was mostly polite, there was an issue with some of the receptionists being unapproachable, which dampened the overall experience a bit. The bathroom light in my room didn't work, and I had concerns about the cleanliness of the sheets. Despite these setbacks, I appreciated the fresh towels each day, and the swimming pool area was cozy and inviting.

The buffet breakfast was a good spread of tasty options, including a fresh omelette station that elevated the meal! The hotel's location was excellent, just a scenic 5-minute walk from the beach, and I found the staff to be very cute and helpful throughout my visit.

Sound carries between rooms.

The room was beautifully designed with big windows and the breakfast was fantastic, even for those with dietary restrictions! I enjoyed the beach access and the spa services like massages and beauty treatments were a real treat. However, the Wi-Fi could have been faster, but it didn't ruin my overall relaxing experience. 😊
